  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Changes and Cancellations

 

  • By Chayanne Tours: We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

 

  • By Customer: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 

5. Liability

 

  • Chayanne Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during our tours. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

 

  • We strongly recommend that all participants have travel insurance that covers personal injury and loss.

 

6. Conduct and Safety

 

  • Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.

 

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
